Purpose of This Notice
Prospector Gaming is committed to maintaining a responsible, fair, and entertainment-focused community. Participants should only use money or resources they can comfortably afford to lose. Funds required for essential expenses—including housing, utilities, food, transportation, insurance, healthcare, taxes, debt payments, family obligations, and emergency savings—should never be used for gambling-related activities.
Prospector Gaming strongly discourages:
- Chasing previous losses
- Borrowing money to continue participating
- Using unauthorized payment methods
- Selling personal property to fund participation
- Using credit without the ability to repay it
- Treating gambling as employment, an investment, or a reliable source of income
Previous outcomes do not affect or guarantee future results. A series of losses does not mean that a winning outcome is “due,” and spending additional money does not guarantee that previous losses will be recovered.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Prospector Gaming does not guarantee any winning outcome, financial return, prize value, favorable odds, reimbursement, or profit.

Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prospector Gaming and its owners, administrators, moderators, developers, staff members, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and representatives shall not be held responsible for losses or damages resulting from a participant’s voluntary decisions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Financial losses or debt
- Excessive or uncontrolled spending
- Gambling addiction or compulsive behavior
- Attempts to recover previous losses
- Emotional distress or frustration
- Relationship or family problems
- Employment or educational consequences
- Unauthorized account or payment activity
- Shared or compromised login credentials
- Participation through alternate accounts
- Technical interruptions or connection failures
- Misunderstanding rules, odds, or prize conditions
- Violations of applicable laws or eligibility requirements
Nothing in this notice is intended to waive or eliminate any legal right, duty, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Problem Gambling and Warning Signs
Gambling can become harmful when it begins interfering with a participant’s finances, responsibilities, relationships, employment, education, health, or emotional well-being.
Possible warning signs include:
- Spending more money or time than originally intended
- Feeling unable to stop or reduce participation
- Hiding activity or losses from friends or family
- Borrowing money to continue
- Neglecting bills or essential responsibilities
- Becoming angry, anxious, or distressed after losing
- Repeatedly attempting to recover losses
- Continuing despite serious personal or financial consequences
- Viewing gambling as a dependable source of income
- No longer enjoying the activity but continuing anyway
Anyone experiencing these warning signs should stop participating immediately and seek appropriate support.
Eligibility and Legal Compliance
Participants are responsible for confirming that they meet all applicable age, identity, residency, and eligibility requirements.
The availability of an activity through Prospector Gaming does not mean that participation is legal in every city, state, province, territory, or country. Each participant is responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply in their location.
Participants may not conceal their age, identity, location, or eligibility; use another person’s account; provide false information; or use alternate accounts to bypass restrictions.
Prospector Gaming reserves the right to request verification, deny participation, cancel an entry, withhold access, or remove a participant when eligibility cannot be confirmed or when suspicious activity is identified.
Account and Payment Security
Participants are responsible for protecting their accounts, passwords, devices, payment methods, and personal information.
Do not allow another individual to use your account, and do not use any payment method without the lawful account holder’s permission. Suspicious, fraudulent, disputed, unauthorized, or reversed transactions may result in immediate account restrictions while the matter is reviewed.
Prospector Gaming is not responsible for losses caused by shared passwords, compromised accounts, unsecured devices, phishing, impersonation, or unauthorized access that was not directly caused by Prospector Gaming.
Refunds and Disputed Participation
A loss, change of mind, personal regret, financial hardship, misunderstanding of the odds, or dissatisfaction with an outcome does not automatically create a right to a refund or reimbursement.
Refunds, cancellations, reversals, and disputes remain subject to the applicable activity rules, payment policies, platform requirements, and governing laws.
Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment disputes, or attempts to reverse legitimate transactions may result in account suspension, permanent removal, and any other action permitted under applicable rules or law.
Responsible Participation Standards
Participants are encouraged to establish firm limits before participating and to stop immediately once those limits are reached.
Do not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs, exhaustion, anger, severe stress, or emotional distress. Take regular breaks and avoid making impulsive financial decisions.
Gambling-related activity should always remain optional entertainment. It should never interfere with essential finances, personal responsibilities, relationships, health, employment, or education.
When the activity stops being enjoyable, affordable, or controllable, it is time to step away.
Self-Exclusion and Access Restrictions
Any participant who believes their gambling activity may be becoming harmful may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from Prospector Gaming’s gambling-related features.
Prospector Gaming reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently revoke access when continued participation appears harmful, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or disruptive.
Attempts to bypass a self-exclusion or restriction through alternate accounts, friends, relatives, or other methods may result in permanent removal from the community.
Prospector Gaming cannot guarantee that exclusion from its own services will prevent a participant from accessing gambling-related activities offered by unrelated websites, businesses, applications, or communities.

Participant Acknowledgment
By participating in any gambling-related activity connected to Prospector Gaming, you acknowledge and confirm that:
You are participating voluntarily.
You understand that losses are possible and winnings are not guaranteed.

You meet all applicable age and eligibility requirements.
Your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You accept responsibility for your own decisions, conduct, and personal limits.
